Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium later?
Yes — you can upgrade at any point during your raise. The difference between tiers is charged when you upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
Every application is reviewed within 24 hours. Basic gets your profile live on the marketplace — Premium and Done-For-You add promotion and management on top.
What's included in "Done-For-You"?
A dedicated raise lead manages outreach and follow-up with matched investors, plus a private data room for investor due diligence, on your behalf. The $5,000 flat fee plus 6% of capital raised keeps our incentives aligned with yours.
What is an SPV and do I need one?
A Special Purpose Vehicle aggregates multiple investors into a single legal entity — one line on your cap table instead of many. It's an optional add-on to any plan, useful when you're taking on several investors or want to protect the 50-shareholder limit for a Pty Ltd. Full details →
